ABB has released in Australia a series of continuous gas analysers for a range of monitoring and measurement applications.
The Easyline EL3000 series are said to be suited for emissions monitoring, biofermenters, landfill, combustion processes, ambient air monitoring, purity measurements and gasfilling.
They have an optional Profibus interface allowing the use of the protocol for data transfers to control systems or PLCs. The new analysers also have updated software which allows two measuring ranges per component. A zirconium dioxide oxygen trace analyser has also been added to the units.
The gas analysers retain features from the earlier generation, including automatic calibration and suitability for flammable gas applications.
