FLUKE is now packaging its analysis and reporting software with its Fluke 289 and 297 digital multimeters.
According to the company, the new 289 combo kit is suited for industrial electricians. It includes the Fluke 289 True-RMS Industrial Trending digital multimeter, FlukeView Forms software and cable, the Fluke 80BK-A temperature probe, a silicon test lead set, alligator clips, the hands-free TPAK magnetic meter hanger and a soft case.
The 287 combo kit is suited for electronics technicians. It includes the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronics Multimeter with TrendCapture, FlukeView Forms software and cable, the 80BK-A temperature probe, CAT III 1000 V 10 A modular test leads and test probes, CAT II 300 V 5 A alligator clips and a soft case.
Both multimeters have TrendCapture, data logging and min/max/average testing capabilities. The FlukeView Forms software allows readings and logs to be downloaded from meters in order to spot trends and create customised reports.
