CRC Industries has released a heavy duty foaming detergent for cleaning evaporator and condenser coils.
The Foaming Coil Cleaner is said to be an aggressive alkaline blend which cuts through dirt, grease, oil and other residue. According to the company, the formulation has low odour and does not require rinsing.
The cleaning product comes packaged in an aerosol spray can which can be used in any position, including upside down.
It contains no ozone depleting chemicals or chlorinated solvents. The chemical also has no flash or fire point, mitigating the risk of fire caused by incidental contact with live electrical equipment.
It is suitable for removing grease, oil, sludge, dirt, link and other contaminants from air conditioning and refrigeration condensers.
