CAPS Australia has released the new Conquest GT Eco-Turbo Blower range, said to be 20 to 40% more efficient compared to conventional blowers.
According to CAPS Australia, the GT Eco-Turbo Blower range has a high-efficiency motor and integrated variable frequency drive system to minimise the loss of compressed air into the atmosphere.
The units can also precisely control the pressure of the variable speed drive, resulting in an overall lower average working pressure, requiring less energy consumption.
The GT Eco-Turbo Blower range also uses air bearing and five axis machine impellers to enhance efficiency. The foil air bearings also provide greater reliability, requiring no lubrication and having fewer parts.
The GT Eco-Turbo Blower range is suited for water, wastewater, power, petroleum and chemical as well as general industry applications. The range includes over 10 blower models from 4kW to 250kW with a capacity from 3.5m3/min to 228m3/min.
