Testo 875 and 881 thermal imagers suited for HVAC inspections

TESTO has released the testo 875 and testo 881 thermal imagers for inspecting HVAC systems and buildings to reduce energy losses.
According to Testo, the 875 and 881 thermal imagers can recognise small temperature differences with high temperature resolutions of <110mK and <80mK respectively.
The testo 875 and testo 881 thermal cameras have exchangeable lenses, and both include integrated digital cameras for documentation.
The units also present surface humidity using dynamic humidity measurement and calculation of the parameters for fast localisation of mould risk spots.
Testo claims the 875 thermal imager is particularly suitable for directly testing heating, air condition and ventilation installations. It can localise damage, even in inaccessible or hidden areas.
The testo 881 unit can be used to visualise defective insulation, cold bridges and construction errors or damage. It is suited for recording and documenting energy losses from outside windows, outside doors, roller blind boxes, and radiator niches.
Testo claims the 881 is the only thermal imager that is fitted with a radio probe for measuring humidity in real time.
