THE AUSTRALIAN Institute of Refrigeration, Airconditioning and Heating (AIRAH) is holding a three-day course on advanced industrial refrigeration/plant optimisation.

According to the AIRAH, the Advanced Industrial Refrigeration/Plant Optimisation course is suited for facility managers, refrigeration plant operators and supervisors, contractors, plant operations staff, and others interested in improving the energy efficiency of industrial refrigeration systems.

The training course will run from 17 to 19 August, and 26 to 28 October 2009 at Oxford Logistics in Laverton, Victoria.

AIRAH says the Advanced Industrial Refrigeration/Plant Optimisation course will help attendees expand their knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and equipment, understand system energy efficiency and energy costs factors, and identify methods for improving energy efficiency.
