Maintenance software conference declared a success

It focused on the new versions of the MEX and FleetMEX products, which have been released to users who hold a maintenance agreement with the company.MAINTENANCE Experts (MEX) says its 2008 MEX and FleetMEX conference has been a success, despite the inclement weather.
The conference ran from 24 to 25 July 2008 at Q1 on the Gold Coast, Queensland. It focused on the new versions of the MEX and FleetMEX products, which have been released to users who hold a maintenance agreement with the company.
The organisers reported the two days of the conference were subject to rain and wind, in contrast with the normally glowing warm winter weather in the region. However, they claim attendees were more interested in the new products.
MEX, FleetMEX and MEX Mobile have been re-created as Microsoft .Net products, while MEX Ops has become an ASP.net product.
The maintenance software developer says it has added a list of new features, including an Outlook-style scheduler, security system, multiple languages, stores module, and contacts module.
The company says the conference was a success although the next one might be held at a different time of year.
