Building services provider acquires plumbing specialist
BUILDING and refrigeration services provider
Hastie has acquired
Nisbet & Durney, effectively expanding its hydraulics business in New South Wales.
Nisbet & Durney will continue to be run by its current management. It specialises in installing and maintaining the plumbing and drainage systems in large industrial buildings and facilities in the Sydney region.
According to Hastie, this acquisition will make it the leading plumbing and drainage business on the Australian east coast. The acquired company will complement other plumbing and drainage companies it has bought in Victoria and Queensland.
The company will also seek to cross-sell air conditioning and electrical services with the plumbing component.
