ALLPLASTICS says it has upgraded its parts manufacturing capabilities with the installation of a CNC centre lathe with counter-spindle and driven tools, shortening lead times for complex parts.
The company has acquired a Gildemeister CTX 410, allowing it to add complexity to its range of signage, 3D plastics engraving and prototypes.
According to the plastic purveyor, it can also provide a range of engineering plastics for use in specialist factory requirements and installations, as well as machine parts made out of a range of thermoplastic materials.
It is capable of delivery large quantities or one-off parts as required by the application. In additional to building, engineering and architectural plastics, the company also works with more common forms of plastics like Perspex, Acryform Acrylic and Design Composite panels.
