PACIFIC Sensor Technologies is distributing a tri-axial shock recorder for measuring and recording peak shock, temperature, humidity and ambient air pressure over a user-defined interval. The Madgetech UltraShock portable recorder allows the users to see if something was hit or dropped during assembly, production or handling. It can also be used to validate the operating of drilling equipment. The recorder is a stand-alone instrument that measures and records shock as peak acceleration levels over a user-defined interval. It can be started or stopped directly from a computer. The unit runs off a 9-volt battery and is suited for a variety of applications. It can be mounted flexibly according to application requirements. The recorder samples at 512Hz, and stores peak shock values for a selected interval from 64 readings per second to one reading per 5 minutes. It can store over 174,000 readings per channel.Pacific Sensor Technologies is the distributor of the Madgetech range of data loggers in Australia.
