The Square D PowerLogic Branch Circuit Power Meter (BCPM) can monitor the power usage for each main and branch circuit in power distribution units (PDUs) and remote power panels (RPPs).
Up to 84 branch circuits can be monitored, as well as the main incoming feeds in a RPP or PDU. The device can be integrated into a PowerLogic system or other existing networks using Modbus communications.
Using the data from the power meter, customers can identify over-utilised or under-utilised areas, helping increase infrastructure efficiency.
The unit can accurately monitor loads from 0.25A to 100A. The alarm features can differentiated between low load levels and zero current flow, and indicate a tripped circuit breaker.
