Automated maintenance management solution for NOAA
The ARCHIBUS Planning and Implementation Services supplied by VISTA will help manage the facilities using Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) technology.
According to VISTA, its ARCHIBUS model will help clients optimise their use of facilities through Building Information Modelling (BIM). BIM uses a three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic software model of the facility to help in design and scheduling.
Also included in the supplier package will be a computer maintenance management tool which is said to reduce costs.
